I’m Michele, a Registered Nurse with nearly 40 years of experience caring for and helping patients and families navigate the healthcare system.Throughout my nursing career, I’ve seen how overwhelming healthcare can be — especially when patients and families are managing multiple providers, medications, appointments, and important decisions.My experience in care coordination, patient education, medication management and reconciliation, hospital follow-up, and healthcare communication… has given me a unique perspective on the challenges patients and families face.
